We offer AHA Heart saver CPR/AED and First Aid for Direct Support Staff working in Group home settings and lay responders (anyone ). We offer BLS Training for Healthcare providers.   We also offer Family and Friends CPR if you are not looking to be certified, but want to know how to help save someone's life.  Classes can be completed as in person or as Blended learning courses ( Except for Family and Friends) . Training is good for 2 years. 

Cost:

AHA CPR/First Aid (5-6 hrs. )- $115.00 per student

New BLS Certification (4hrs)- $85.00 per student

Renewal ( 2 hrs.)- $65.00 per student

BLS Skills Check off ( 30 mins)- $ 50.00  per student

Family and Friends CPR ( 2 hr. training) 

Adults 4 to 12 people max $225.00 

Children 4 to 8 people max $225.00

If you need a BLS or Heart saver class done ASAP ( within 24-48 hrs.) an additional $45.00 will be added to the cost of class.

We also can come to your location to provide training (min. of 4 people).  A gas mileage fee will be charged if our travel distance is over 25 miles.   Please contact us 2 weeks prior for scheduling.

There will be a non-refundable registration fee of $15.00 per student that will be deducted from total cost. 

We offer 32 hr. Medication Management Certification  

Approved by the Virginia Board of Nursing and managed by VCU Department of Gerontology.  This 32-Hour Medication Management course instructs participants on how to administer and assist residents in self-administering medication in the group home, adult daycare, or correctional facility environment.   

32 hr. Medication Administration Classes are offered as a 4-week course/1 day per week for individuals. 

Classes for businesses can be scheduled to be completed within 1 week at your location with a 30-day advance notice, call for availability.

32 hr. class cost - $375.00 with non-refundable initial deposit of $50.00 with remaining cost paid 1st day of class.  (Please contact for schedule)

We also offer Medication Refresher Courses:

Four hour Refresher -$125.00 with $25.00 non-refundable deposit with remaining cost paid prior to start of class.

 One hour Refresher- $85.00 with $15.00 non-refundable deposit with remaining cost paid prior to start of class.

As a Certified MANDT instructor offering Classes through MANDT student academy, we offer MANDT Training in Chapter 1,2,3,7 and 8.   We offer in person training for Chapters 1,2,3,7 and 8.   We can provide an E-earning course with a 90 min in person or a zoom meeting for Relational Chapters 1,2 and 3 only.  Chapters 7 and 8 are in person only.

To help reduce the spread of infectious diseases like COVID-19, we can come in and provide your organization with a Resp. Protection Program template. During the session, we will Fit Test all your employees for a proper fitting N95 mask.

Note:  After the fitting, you will only be provided with the mask sizes that you will need to order for your staff.  We do not provide the N95 masks.
